WELLNESS WORKSHOP

The wellness workshops are virtual (video) live conferences.  The workshops are 30-60 minutes duration.  Registration is required.  Some topics of discussion are:

  • Eating healing foods
  • The importance of juicing
  • Why is exercising essential to my well being?
  • What is pH?
  • What are the top causes of death in USA?
