NEW CLIENT CONSULTATION>>>>> 60-90 MIN $197

This extensive virtual appointment is 60-90 minutes.  An electronic Comprehensive Health Assessment will be sent to you via email after you schedule an appointment.  This form MUST be completed and submitted 48 hours PRIOR to this appointment.

During the appointment, we will review and discuss the factors that are contributing to your illnesses and diseases.  You will have the opportunity to ask any questions or discuss your concerns.  I will evaluate the root cause of your health imbalance:

  • Review Comprehensive Health Assessment
  • Review Lab results
  • Provide client education
  • Provide a customize health/ wellness plan
  • Schedule follow up in 30 days.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENT->>>>> 60 MIN $97- $147

The initial follow up appointment will be up to 60 minutes.  We will discuss your lab results and health/wellness journal.  The goal is to stay accountable to achieve your overall health and wellness goals.

We will also schedule an additional appointment 4-6 weeks.  Restoring health is an ongoing life change.  We will continue to monitor and empower you to build comfort with the wellness plan to reach your goals.

APPOINTMENT CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS

We require a 48 hour cancellation notice for any appointment cancellation. Deposits for Comprehensive Health Assessment are NON REFUNDABLE.  There is a cancellation fee of $147 for any NO- show or missed appointment.
